Scope of Responsibilities

Operational approach

Obtaining client briefings and requirements, including survey plans and statutory documents.
Visiting, appraising, and analysing project sites prior to mobilisation or scheme development.
Sourcing statutory design data and relevant technical information.
Analysing client requirements and coordinating consultant input where required.
Carrying out contract works in line with specifications and contract documents.
Identifying client objectives and priorities in manpower development and project management.
Developing and preparing project briefs for structured execution.
Monitoring planning permissions and other statutory consents.

The firm accepts commissions after receiving letters of commission, and fees align with Federal Government guidelines where applicable.
